Equiniti Payment Plus

What is the Equiniti Payment Plus Scheme?

We are pleased to announce the launch of the Equiniti Payment Plus Scheme, an exciting new customer offer from Equiniti. Working in partnership with Marks & Spencer (M&S) we are able to offer private investors a new reward scheme, giving you the opportunity to use some or all of your M&S dividend payment to purchase an ‘M&S Shareholder Card’.

The M&S Shareholder Card works very much like a gift card, only it is exclusive to M&S shareholders and Share Service participants who participate in the Equiniti Payment Plus scheme. The card can be used for purchases in M&S UK stores or online at Through the Scheme, you can purchase the M&S Shareholder Card at a 10% discount to its face value, using all or part of your existing M&S dividend payment.

Further details can be found in our FAQ’s found here and Terms & Conditions found here.

Please note: for individual and jointly held shareholdings, the Equiniti Payment Plus Application will be applied to the entire holding and Applications must be signed by all shareholders and/or Marks & Spencer Share Service participants. All Equiniti Payment Plus elections will be recorded in time for the next dividend payment to be made, providing the instruction is received by the last day for election. If your instruction is not received in time, it will be applied to subsequent dividends.

Equiniti Payment Plus can be withdrawn by M&S or Equiniti Financial Services Limited at anytime. When this takes place, any existing instruction you’ve given us - to pay your cash dividends to a bank, building society or third party or and dividend reinvestment elections - will then be re-applied as default.
