Ferguson US Dollar Dividend Service

Receive your Ferguson plc Dividends in US Dollars

On 1 August 2017 Ferguson plc (the ʺCompanyʺ) changed its presentational currency from pounds sterling (GBP) to US dollars (USD). From the financial year ending 31 July 2018 onwards, dividends will be declared in USD and therefore will be exposed to fluctuations in foreign exchange rates . The default payment currency will remain in GBP, unless you elect for your payment to be in USD . For payments made in GBP the USD/GBP exchange rate will be announced ahead of the relevant dividend payment date.

At present USD payments can only be made to a USD specific account. If you apply for the service and provide non USD specific account details then your instruction may be rejected and/or incur fees/charges. Please check with your bank before completing any form.

Join in 2 easy steps

  1. Download the form for your country
  2. Complete and return it to:
International Payments, Equiniti (Jersey) Limited, c/o Equiniti Limited, Aspect House, Spencer Road, Lancing,
West Sussex, BN99 6DA, United Kingdom.
(or in a reply paid envelope if one has previously been provided to you)

Important: CREST holders only
CREST holders must also follow the CREST elections process to provide a USD dividend election as well as sending the paper US Dollar Dividend Service bank mandate form, to arrive in good time before the last day for election. If you make a one off election(s) you will need to re apply using the CREST elections process for subsequent dividends. Details of these, including election closure dates will be advised as part of each dividend notification.

If you take no action, your dividend will be paid in accordance with your existing election. If you make an election (using the CREST election process), but do not provide a valid mandate form, your election may be rejected.
