Charges for replacing lost certificates
As you'll appreciate, the replacement of share certificates needs to be handled as securely as possible. This takes time and creates extra administration so you will have to pay a fee (currently £35.25 including VAT). Your replacement certificates can only be sent to you once this fee has been paid.
