What happens if I transfer to another part of Barclays, or relocate to a group company outside of the UK, that does not participate in UK Sharepurchase?

You will be unable to continue to contribute to Sharepurchase or purchase any further partnership shares. However, you can leave the shares you have already acquired in the plan until the earlier of either the fifth anniversary of their award (when they will become free of tax and NIC) or when you leave employment of a Barclays group company.

You will need to contact Barclays Share Plans to notify them and request a form to suspend further deductions.
