If you have registered a claim, we will contact you again to confirm; the details of your claim, the processing schedule and to request confirmation of your chosen method of payment.
Nearer the time you have chosen to surrender or modify your equipment you will be contacted again and provided with the details of how to return your equipment, or how you should provide proof of your equipments modification.
You must surrender your equipment or submit your modification receipts before the end of 2012, but you may chose to do this in more than one batch. Your claim will then be validated and payment authorised. The claims processing period closes 31 December 2012.
