Electronic Shareholder Communication

In line with our Plan A commitments, Marks & Spencer actively encourage shareholders to reduce the amount of paper they receive. How to enter the free prize draw to win a Laptop computer

To be included in the free prize draw shareholders must have an active Shareview Portfolio and agree to receive future communication electronically by 8 July 2009.

Shareview is an internet based platform provided by Equiniti, our registrar, that allows you to manage your shares online.

You can use it to

  • set up paper free share communication
  • view your shareholdings in one place
  • update your records if you change your name or address
  • get dividends paid into your bank account or change your instruction
  • vote in advance of company meetings

Those that do not already have a Portfolio need to register for one.  This is FREE and can be done via the following link. www.shareview.co.uk.

Those that already have a Shareview Portfolio for their Marks & Spencer shares, and have already elected to receive electronic communication, are automatically entered into the draw.
