Screen messages during log on
When you log on you may get a message displayed on the screen.
The message 'Certificate Authority is expired' is displayed by earlier versions of Internet Explorer because the date of one of the security certificates held by the browser has expired. This shouldn't affect the security of Shareview and if you click 'continue' you should still be able to establish a secure link with the site.
You may also see the message 'some of your holdings do not match.' When you log on, Shareview checks the details on your shareholdings and will show this message if there is a difference in the name, address or payment instruction. If you select 'Your holdings', you can check the details we have registered for you on your investments.
