Once the death has been formally recorded we will reissue the retained dividends to the Legal Representative(s). If you would like the dividends to be paid to anyone other than the Legal Representative(s), when sending the Grant of Representation to us please include a cover letter signed by all the executors / administrators confirming in writing the name of the person who is to receive the payment. Please note that there may be a fee payable for the reissue of a payment.
