There are a number of reasons why the dividend may not be displayed, including:-

• the dividend was made at a time when Equiniti was not the registrar for the company so we may not hold the data,
• twelve dividends are already displayed for the account - this is the maximum number we can display,
  
• the payment will not be displayed if it was made more than 3 years ago,
  the information on a payment has been removed from the main register. For most companies, dividends paid within the last 12 months will be displayed,
  
• if you take part in a scrip scheme, the whole payment, or that portion which you have elected to buy more shares, cannot be displayed,
  
• the account is included in your Shareview holding as a 'memorandum' account.
