If you find the lost certificate
If you've already sent your completed letter of indemnity back to us, your original certificate is no longer valid so it should be sent back to us so we can cancel it.
If you haven't returned your letter of indemnity to us yet, please do so now, enclosing a cover confirming that you've found the certificate and no longer need a replacement.
