Receive your Prudential plc Dividends in US Dollars
From 11th March 2020 Prudential plc has made available a facility to receive your dividends in US Dollars. If you wish to join this service please follow the instructions below. If you hold your shares in CREST please ensure you read the specific instructions below.
At present USD payments can only be made to a USD specific account. If you apply for the service and provide non-USD specific account details then your instruction may be rejected and/or incur fees/charges. Please check with your bank before completing any form.

Important: CREST holders only
CREST holders using the service instead of receiving payments via CREST PAY, must follow the CREST elections process to provide a USD dividend election as well as sending the paper US Dollar Dividend Service bank mandate form, to arrive in good time before the last day for election. If you make a one off election(s) you will need to re-apply using the CREST elections process for subsequent dividends. Details of these, including election closure dates will be advised as part of each dividend notification.
If you take no action, your dividend will be paid in accordance with your existing election. If you make an election (using the CREST election process), but do not provide a valid mandate form, your election may be rejected.
