Let us help you save time & money
Instead of waiting for sterling cheques to arrive by mail, why not ask us to send your dividends direct to your bank account?
It’s a service we can arrange in over 30 countries worldwide and it normally costs less than paying in a UK cheque. The dividend will be credited to your account automatically - normally just a few days after the company’s dividend payment date.
How can I receive dividends this way?
Using the Overseas Payment Service is easy.Equiniti can provide dividend payments that are automatically converted into your local currency, by arrangement with Citibank Europe PLC.
You can download an application form and terms and conditions by clicking on the relevant country link below.
Alternatively you can contact Equiniti on +44 (0) 121 415 7047. Please have details of your shareholding and Shareholder Reference with you.
Please note:Shareholders who have arranged to receive dividends through the previous Transcontinental Automated Payments Service will be unaffected, although that service has been withdrawn for new payment instructions via Equiniti.
How much does this cost?
We deduct a payment charge from each dividend payment before we convert it into your chosen currency.
There will normally be no further charges as your bank receives the payment through your country’s automated banking system. Please read the terms and conditions for full details.

Minimum/maximum payment values
Important note:Because we deduct a payment charge, the service may not be suitable for dividend payments with very low value.
You cannot use this service for dividend payments over £15,000 (£7,500 for Italy and San Marino). We reserve the right not to process your request for such payments and may therefore only send you a cheque in pounds sterling.
