Dividend mandates can be cancelled by phone. Please note joint shareholders are unable to cancel their mandates over the phone or by email. Written instruction must be sent directly to us and must be signed by all shareholders registered on the holding.

This needs to include:
- Signature(s) of all named shareholder(s)/ legal representative(s);
- Name and address of shareholder(s);
- Name of the company in which the shares are held;
- Shareholder Reference for each shareholding (this can be found on your share certificate or on any previous correspondence we have sent you).
If you do not provide a new dividend mandate, then your future dividend payments will be retained. The option to receive your dividend payments by cheque is no longer available.
