Voting is now closed for the 2020 AGM. For future meetings, as your shareholding is held in the form of CDIs, when a meeting is called, and after you have received your voting communication, you will be able to vote online by using the details provided. Or you can complete and return your paper voting instruction form in the reply-paid envelope provided or vote online using the voting codes provided on the form.

Where can I find information about the Meeting results and speeches?
The results of the voting, associated press releases and the highlights of the speech by the executive chairman, as well as other information of interest will be available on the Santander corporate website shortly after the meeting has concluded by clicking here.

After you have received your voting documents, you just need to decide how you want to vote and give your instructions either online or by post. Both the online voting form and the postal voting instruction form include a section to allow you to choose whether you want your vote to be counted towards the charity donation up to the maximum target amount of £20,000. Just make your choice when voting.
If you hold your shares in either the Santander Nominee Service or the Global Nominee provided by Equiniti Financial Services Limited, after you have received your voting documents, you just need to decide how you want to vote, and give your instructions either online or by post.
