Although the default payment currency is pounds sterling (GBP), as an alternative Hiscox Ltd offer dividend payments in US dollars (USD) which you can elect for if you have a bank account that can receive USD payments in any of the countries shown below.

USD payments can only be made to a USD specific account. If you apply for the service and provide non-USD specific account details your instruction may be rejected and/or incur fees/charges. Please check with your bank before completing the form.

To apply for a particular dividend, completed forms must be received at least fifteen (15) working days prior to the next dividend payment date.

IMPORTANT: Scrip dividend alternative elections
Instructions to receive cash dividends in USD will NOT override any election to receive new shares via the Hiscox Ltd Scrip dividend alternative. You must contact Equiniti (Jersey) Limited either by phone (details below), or in writing to the above address, in order to revoke this before you can receive your dividends as cash.

If you take no action, your dividend will be paid in accordance with your existing election.
