Many UK companies are simplifying shareholders’ dividend payments meaning that cheques will no longer be issued.

If you still receive cheques, you can provide your bank or building society account details so that future dividend payments and any other money payable to you in connection with your shares can be made by direct payment.

This will avoid any delay to you receiving payments.

Switch to direct payment using any of the following ways with your Shareholder Reference and nominated account details ready to hand:


If you already have a Shareview Portfolio, login to your account and select 'Arrange direct dividend payments’ from the Quick links menu.


If you do not have a Shareview Portfolio, register for an account and once it's activated you can give your instruction.

When you call, please quote your Shareholder Reference; this can be found on any previous correspondence we have sent you.


Simply complete the Bank Mandate Form included with your dividend cheque and return it in the reply-paid envelope provided.
