Following the Prime Minister’s address to the nation, we are operating on limited resource within our Customer Experience Centre, therefore please refrain from calling us unless your query is urgent. Please email us with your query instead and we will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience at this time.

If you need to contact us in regards to your shareholding, please call us on 0371 384 2030, our lines are open 9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that due to lower resource, as a result of the current Covid 19 restrictions, it may take us a little longer to answer your call. Thank you for your patience.

In order for us to be able to locate your account quickly please have our 11 digit Shareholder reference to hand. This can be found on your share certificate, share statement, recent dividend information or general correspondence.

If you query relates to one of our other services listed below you can also contact us by email. Our current response times are 3 working days. You can call use if you prefer, although due to high call volumes it may take us a little longer to answer your call. Our contact numbers can be found in our Help section.

To help ease pressure on our colleagues, we are asking customers to place their trades online where possible. By switching to online trading, you’ll also save money and can avoid longer wait times which you may experience on the phone.
